Sarah Leddy

Passionate and energetic, I am a natural leader with a drive to make an impact. I am curious and experiential, and instinctively orient toward challenges and risks. High-stakes situations stimulate me to do my best work. I am motivated to help people thrive and institutions deliver on their mandate.

I am currently accepting clients for change management consultancies, including improving service delivery, integrating technology and AI into business processes, and strategic planning for measurable outcomes. I am adept at reading people, groups, and institutions, and tailoring solutions to their needs. I can facilitate challenging conversations among committed people.

My background spans federal and local government, consulting, and project leadership across 30 countries. I've advised a prime minister in Senegal on transformative national economic growth investments, conducted quantitative analysis for Fortune 100 companies on sector-changing M&As, redirected Sacramento's waste strategy to generate clean energy, landed in Haiti for four different residencies over 20 years, and managed the wind-down of a $160M portfolio when USAID closed its doors.

A dual national of the U.S. and Italy, I live between Vermont and Salento and travel frequently. I've worked in 30 countries, lived in a dozen, and speak three languages fluently and a few others conversationally. I'm drawn to the most interesting problems, especially where governance, policy, ethics, and economics intersect with technology.
